Я тут наткнулся на занимательный блог. Выдержки из писем и разговоров с клиентами. Ну вот например:
«Can you make the circles a little bit rounder?»
«It seems to be taking a long time. Would it be quicker if I came down and sat with you guys through it all?»
«Yes! I want all them, embossing, de-bossing, foil, gold ink, thick black card. I want it to be the most amazing and truely unique business card ever that people say WOW too.»
«You’re gonna charge $400 for that? Aren’t you from India? What’re you going to do with $400?!»
«We need to shoot at three locations, including our offices. We’ll be using the images in our brochures, as well as the website and maybe for some press ads — can you do it on Friday next week (weather permitting). We have a budget of £150.»
I was working on an identity for a client and we where discussing paper for their stationery. I had made recommendations and the client called to ask me to email him a sample of the paper so he can feel it. After 2 minutes of arguing that I cannot email a physical sample, the client said “Ok, fine. If you can’t email it, then at least fax it to me.”
