for Santa Bremor’s Atlantic Fish Spread — seven dishes, seven
distinct consumption contexts, one product.

The brief was to move the spread beyond its obvious use case
and show it working in genuinely different meals: open toasts,
bagels, assorted bruschettas, Roman-style pizza, roast potatoes,
apple chutney pairings, and a savoury fish quiche. Each recipe
was developed and tested on set, then shot to read clearly as
both an editorial image and a brand visual — usable on the
product website, in print, and across digital channels
without restyling.

A shoot of this scope — seven hero setups with a full
seven-person production team — requires precise scheduling
to keep food at the right stage for camera across an entire
shooting day. That coordination sits at the core of
commercial food production at this level.
