Conceptual still life photography for a corporate calendar commissioned by A1 (velcom) — one of Belarus’s largest telecom brands — produced in collaboration with GETBOB Digital Agency and CUBA Studio.
The concept placed handcrafted miniature human figures inside real
everyday objects — a thimble, a matchbox, a jar — turning each into
a self-contained visual metaphor for a different business theme.
Eight compositions, eight distinct narratives, one coherent visual
language across the full calendar series.
Production spanned multiple stages: concept development, mood boards,
compositional sketches, fabrication of the miniature figures,
and studio photography with precise lighting control to make
macro-scale objects read as inhabited spaces. Post-production
integrated the figures seamlessly into each environment without
losing the handmade quality that gave the series its character.
This project sits at the intersection of advertising photography and art direction — the kind of work where the photographer is involved from concept to final delivery, not just on set.
